Do you have a shopfront I can visit to see your products in person?
Yes, we are located at Mitchell Park, 24/22 Hudson Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Not all products are in stock all the time, but you can see the majority of our popular products in person Monday to Friday from 9am – 4pm, and other times by appointment.
How much is postage?
Standard courier delivery of a standard weight and size package is $15 to metro areas. Delivery outside these areas, or of significant weight and size, will incur further charge. For information about delivery charges to your postcode, please call us on (+61) 02 9634 7017. Please ensure you have completed your email contact, phone contact no, full name, and postal address. We cannot post to a P.O. Box – unless your package is under 500grams for Express Post.
What if I don’t want to pay by Paypal online?
If you would like to pay over the phone, request our bank details for direct debit, or pay by credit card, simply complete your order online, choose the ‘pay by direct debit’ option, and then call us on (+61) 02 9634 7017 to organise payment. Once payment is made, we will begin packing your order.
What is your return and exchange policy?
There are a few important things to keep in mind when purchasing a product at Marina Isles. Our Terms & Conditions are:
- Return and exchange accepted on stock items only within 2 weeks of delivery
- Return or exchange items must be unused / uninstalled
- No returns on special orders or sale items
- Some items carry a warranty, please enquire for more information if this applies
- Screws supplied with all orders at no additional cost
- Defective items will be replaced, please contact the shop
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Some items carry a warranty, which is usually listed under the product description if applicable. If you’d like to know more about a specific product, please seek more information by calling the showroom. If you have purchased what you believe to be a defective item, it will be replaced – simply call us to chat about your replacement options.
How to I organise to ship products back to you?
Firstly call us at the showroom on (+61) 02 9634 7017 to discuss the return of the items. If you have already done this, please post to: Mitchell Park, 24/22 Hudson Ave, Castle Hill NSW 2154. Please remember to ensure that the item you are returning is repackaged with all elements.

We are a retail supplier of a significant number of products from wholesale-only companies who don’t sell to retail customers. We link to their website so that you can see the extensive range they have on offer. Simply contact us to enquire about pricing, or order something specific from their catalogue.
